Riconciliazione Bancaria
La riconciliazione bancaria é la verifica dei flussi finanziari attraverso l’estratto conto bancario.
La procedura di riconciliazione ci permette di scoprire eventuali flussi di spesa, di guadagno e/o di investimento che non ancora documentati o cambi valuta errati.
Per procedere ad una riconciliazione bancaria si devono seguire i flussi bancari attraverso l’estratto conto. Si parte da una data in cui il bilancio del conto corrente sia corrispondente a quello che si ha in contabilitá, per poi verificare che entrambi i bilanci coincidano procedendo dalla data piú vecchia a quella piú recente.
Ad esempio, se il 31 Dicembre in banca il bilancio é di € 10.000 ma nella stessa data la contabilitá ne mostra € 10.500, probabilmente ci sono state delle spese non documentate e quindi bisogna verificare quando e quali spese non siano state riportate in contabilitá.
Tornando indietro nella contabilitá, magari scopriamo che la prima data in cui i due bilanci coincidono é il 30 Setttembre. Partendo da questa data si verificano di giorno in giorno attraverso l’estratto conto le spese ed i guadagni registrati in contabilitá, fino a scoprire le eventuali mancanze e/o errori.
